Every Maison Soleil piece is made with heavyweight, embroidered textiles that deserve thoughtful care. Follow these guidelines to keep your garment beautiful for years.
Hand wash cold, or use a gentle machine cycle inside a mesh bag. Avoid harsh detergents — opt for a mild, pH-neutral soap to protect embroidery threads.
Always air dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Never tumble dry — heat can warp embroidery and weaken the heavyweight fabric structure.
Store folded, not hung, to preserve the weight and shape of embroidered panels. Keep in a breathable garment bag away from humidity.
Iron on the reverse side at a low-medium heat. Place a cloth between the iron and embroidered areas to protect raised threadwork.
These garments are made to be heirlooms. Treat stains promptly, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and your piece will carry its story for generations.
